マンションの看板をCNC木工ルーターで削りました。
このCNC木工ルーターは、金属で作る予定ですが、試作品として、ベニヤ板で作ってみました。
作るのは初めてなので、サイズも動作速度、コントロールするモーター、刃物のパワー、すべてが未知の世界なので、変更を簡単にするため、木材で作りました。
それも、身近にあったリサイクル材でつくり、切ったり、貼ったりの繰り返し。
組み上げて動かしてみると、木工には十分と思える精度で動きました。
今のところ、金属に作り変える気持ちは起きてません。
