356を作ってた時使ってた部品です。

ひさしぶりに356レプリカの話題。356レプリカ合いに来られた方がありました。
自動車の趣味から離れていましたが、ひさびさの車の話題です。
20年位前になりますが、356のレプリカを作っていました。
ビートルと言われる、空冷フォルクスワーゲンのボデーをはずし、かわりに、ポルシェ３５６スピードスターのボデーを元に型をおこし、プラスティックで作ったボデーを乗せるんです。
そして、塗装し、内装を貼り、部品を取り付けます。
そうすると、1/1サイズのプラモデルが出来上がるんです。
家族ぐるみで、作って楽しんでました。
その1/1サイズのプラモデルにはエンジンも取り付けてあり、乗って走れるんです。

制作場所はカリフォルニア。
試運転場所はカリフォルニアの海岸沿いの道路。 （思い出してきたので、随時写真を探してアップしていきます。） 気持ち良い道路だったなぁ。
